Easy Blackberry Cupcakes

Remember the super duper easy and versatile Vanilla Cupcakes?! Firstly, it is a fabulous recipe for kids to help with. The Boy (aged 4.5yrs is getting really good at cracking eggs) and Secondly: Use same recipe and before you pop them in the oven, pile on the freshly picked (and washed) blackberries: easy vanilla cupcakes

Delicious! You can do this with most fruit: frozen or fresh raspberries or blueberries or some foraged damsons!
