A quick and fun post for you – little Penguin Olives! My mother in law brought them along at Christmas, after having had them at one of her many Christmas parties. Aren’t they simply ADORABLE?
To make these winter snacks, you will need:
- One cocktail stick
- 2 pitted black olives
- Cream cheese in a tube
- A slice of a carrot
1) Slice open one olive and fill with a little cream cheese
2) Cut a disc of carrot. Then cut out a triangle.
3) Cut a slit across the second olive and squeeze in the carrot triangle as a beak.
4) Assemble the two olives on top of the remaining carrot slice!
