The month ahead (October)

It is time for some more fun activities heading our way. Whether you are interested in themed Origami Bookmarks or Ghoulish food, let us share our favourite ideas this month.

So, what is no to love about October!! The trees are full of Autumn colours – there are yellows, oranges and vibrant reds. It is not (yet) too cold and the kids are looking forward to Halloween. Make the most of these season heading your way. Enjoy Baked Apples and pumpkin soup, then check out our other activities!

Halloween Goodness

We particularly look forward to some fun Halloween Crafts and have a great collection of PAPER Halloween crafts for you to check out. Paper is super fun and versatile and you can make everything from easy Paper Wreaths, to Halloween Spider Decorations and of course the fun Halloween Bookmark Corners.

Then, once you have had enough crafting with the kids. Why not head to the kitchen, have some health spooky soup, followed by homemade Monster Cookies and Frankenstein Cookie Pops?

Had enough of Halloween fun? Move over to CHRISTMAS CRAFTING

What? Mentioning the C word in September. How dare I! Ha. But dare I do.. as NOW is the best time to get planning!! Many of you will be involved in Christmas Church Fairs or Christmas School Fairs. A great way to contribute to these is either to set up some fun Christmas Games for the kids, have a Christmas crafting stall (we ADORE making Christmas Bookmarks – based on our favourite Origami Bookmark!!) OR better still… make and sell crafts – we have a fantastic list of Crafts that Make Money for you to check out!

Anyway. I hope this provides sufficient inspiration for the month ahead!! Wooho!
