Cheeky Rudolph Cupcakes
|Here’s a cheeky rudolph cupake for The Boy’s School Christmas party tomorrow!! They are super quick and easy to make.. and great for any Christmas Bake Sales… they would really go well with a game of Pin the Nose on Rudolph too!!!
Take your favourite Vanilla Cupcake Recipe. Some chocolate cake covering or simple Ganache (100g plain chocolate melted, add 100ml of cream, stir). Brown & Red Smarties, white choc buttons (or marzipan or white cake icing – I used cake icing and used an apple corer to cut out the circles). Pretzels.
- Bake your cupcakes.
- Prepare your decorating items (i.e. cut out your circles if you have to, cute your pretzels)
- Pour chocolate ganache or melted chocolate cake covering over your cooled cupcakes.
- Added decorations.
- Add a drop of chocolate as pupils.
- Let set.
Done. Impress the kids.
Nom Nom Nom.
